Why must I pay if I order two or more lamps at the same time for each lamp shipping costs?

Because the payment system does not know how big, fragile or the weight of an item is the system count separately shipping costs for each item. Should it be that we can send one or more items in 1 box (and the consignment remains under the weight), we will refund a part of the shipping costs to the customer. We let you know that after sending by email.

Can I use energy-saving light bulbs or LED in a vintage lamp?

Yes, you can easily buy energy-saving light bulbs or LED lamps and use them in a vintage lamp.

How can I order?

You can easily order by clicking the 'in shopping basket' button at your desired product. Next you will see the contents of your shopping basket. Here you can see what you are going to order and what the cost will be. Also on this page you can indicate if you would like to continue shopping or if you want to checkout and finish your order.

When do I receive my order?

If you place an order it will be processed by one of our employees within 24 hours. We're doing our best to let your order be delivered to your home in the Netherlands within 3 working days. If you live outside the Netherlands then the shipping time depends on the country of destination.

Can I exchange my product for another?

A product exchange for another product is not possible at Galleryshop. However, you can return (see our return policy) a product and make a new order for another product.

How can I pay?

You can pay quickly and securely on our website with your own bank through use of iDeal or with a Paypal account or credit card. If would you like to pay by bank transfer, please send us an email.

Can I return my product at Galleryshop?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with your product you can return your product within 14 working days after receiving your order. This is only possible when you register your return shipping by e-mail and the item is undamaged and send back in its original packaging. Return cost are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your products new?

No, unless otherwise stated all our products are second hand and therefore always contain small traces of use.

Is the price including shipping?

Because the shipping cost are different for each product and also depend on the country of destination, the shipping costs are mentioned separated from the product price. To view the shipping cost please click on the shipping tab at the product description.

Why isn't there any V.A.T. on the invoice?

At Galleryshop 90% of all products are used products and therefore VAT margin goods. With margin goods no V.A.T. is mentioned on the invoice and V.A.T. is not deductible.

How does Galleryshop send its products?

All products at Galleryshop are professionally packed for shipping and are always insured during shipping.

What means in good condition?

All products at Galleryshop are used products and have always minor wear. At the product description we do our best to try to indicate in which condition or state the product is in.
